“ A lovely and cozy cafe with some of the most delicious all in-house homemade dishes and desserts! Customer service is excellent as well, my husband and I were given blankets to use while we dined outside because of how chilly it became at night. I highly recommend stopping at this cafe before or after visiting Horyuji temple. As many have said, there aren't many familiar or chain restaurants in the area, but this is a great place to dine. The menu also seems to change seasonally so there may be exclusive treats to try! Prices are a bit spendy in my opinion but they are well worth it for how delicious the food is and the overall comfortable atmosphere. ”

“ If you go to Horyuji, there is not so many restaurants around here. Good to have this restaurant. Nice and beautiful place. Plenty of seats and great service. Coffee taste perfect. Sundae is beautiful decorated with fresh fruits. Reasonable price. Also various types of food ”

“ We actually passed this restaurant walking to Horyuji Temple and after spending some time at the temple, we came back to here for lunch! It is a very cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, and helped us with the menu options. They actually had a pretty good selection of food (Mainly pizza and pasta) and a fresh dessert display case! We did meals that came with a salad and a drink. The salad was crisp and refreshing. The tea was so delicious and well prepared. I ended up getting the bulgogi pizza which was so much better than I expected and I was expecting something great! We ended up trying the shaved ice and a piece of cheesecake, both of which were not overly sweet! Overall, we really loved having lunch at this cute little cafe and would definitely recommend it to others if you are in the area (or planning to visit the nearby temple). ”

“ I stopped by for lunch with my dog. It was summer, so the terrace seats were quite hot, but they even provided a spot cooler so we were able to eat comfortably. Their special bread is delicious. ”

“ Dogs are allowed on the terrace seats. There is also an entrance that leads directly onto the terrace. For dinner, the evening cafe lunch is reasonably priced and very filling. The set menus are generally very filling. ”

“ I ordered a course meal to share with a friend. They said we could have more bread, but I was full and couldn't. It was a shame, as the bread was delicious. The carrot soup was also good. We had ajillo, firefly squid pizza, whitebait and rapeseed flower pasta, and hot lemon tea. Afterwards, we added a Kotoka parfait. It was large, so we shared that as well. It was a bit pricey, but the Kotoka was so delicious that it was worth it. Personally, I didn't need the cornflakes. The staff were friendly, and next time I'd like to eat on the terrace with -chan. There's also a large swing to sit on. ”
